We are seeking an experienced Learning Specialist to play a key role in the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record in South-West Victoria. This is a temporary full-time position available for 80 hours per fortnight until November 2026.
Reporting to the Change & Learning Manager, you will develop and deliver training materials to support the learning and adoption of TrakCare Edition across 11 Health Services in the SWARH jurisdiction. You will also support the management and monitoring of the TrakCare learning program to ensure successful implementation of the upgrade and extension of SWARH's core Electronic Health Record application.
Working closely with the project's change management, communications, technical, and project management functions, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and communication of a clear training strategy / roadmap and plan to successfully align the health services and prepare them for the implementation of new system functionalities.
The role involves interacting with a geographically diverse stakeholder group comprised of over 5000 individuals, inclusive of C-suite, medical, nursing, allied health, hospital management and administrative staff. The position is based in Warrnambool, Victoria, and some intrastate travel to health services within the SWARH jurisdiction may be required.
