The Team: North West Regional Hospital is part of a network of hospitals in Tasmania. Our Emergency Department supports smaller services in our region and is supported by Launceston General Hospital and Royal Hobart Hospital. We have developed the Emergency Department Transition Program to support graduate nurses and nurses new to emergency nursing. This highly engaging six-month program has received credit from the University of Tasmania as a subject toward a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing. You will be part of the team growing the next generation of emergency nurses. The Role: As a Clinical Facilitator in the Emergency Department, you will support learners and work alongside junior staff as a mentor and coach across the roster. Do you enjoy teaching in practice?
