We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for service delivery, operational management, and strategic direction of the Talent Acquisition team.

As a total talent solution provider, we manage all permanent and fixed-term contract hiring, Executive and Senior Leader Recruitment, and Contingent Workforce Management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive business strategy through thought leadership, advice, and talent solutions, ensuring we attract the best talent for their business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic direction for a well-established, award-winning team, aligning with the client's goals.
* DE&I Initiatives: Lead efforts to achieve market-leading DE&I targets, fostering an inclusive workplace.
* Continuous Improvement: Deliver an extensive CI roadmap in partnership with the GM of Talent.
* Executive Liaison: Collaborate with the executive team and key stakeholders for seamless communication and alignment.
* Financial Management: Oversee P&L management and forecasting to ensure financial health and project sustainability.
* Project Management: Lead and manage complex projects and data sets, making data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
* Substantial experience in recruitment (in-house, or client-side, ideally)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Extensive experience managing and leading teams
* Ability to learn about Korn Ferry and our service offerings, discussing these with clients
* Aptitude to consult with senior stakeholders, building strong working relationships and becoming a trusted partner
