Job Description Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.Organise and maintain the reception area.Perform administrative tasks.Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings.Assist with event planning and coordination.Uphold the organisation's values and contribute to a positive culture.Provide support to the broader secretarial and business support team.The Successful Applicant A successful Receptionist should have:
