As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, their Karratha clinic provides choices for private clients and NDIS participants in the Pilbara and beyond.Your New Role:Based in the Karratha clinic, you will have a powerhouse of talent and support at your fingertips to allow you to work alongside clients and their families, build strong relationships, and provide assessment and intervention services to paediatric clients with developmental delay and/or disability to achieve real change and improve quality of lives.Their clients' therapeutic needs range from short-term interventions to complex, long-term needs. You will be supported to provide this therapy in various environments that best support the client and their family's individual needs and situation.Your Profile:Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia or the ability to obtain such registration;Experience in managing a paediatric caseload, providing advanced level assessment and intervention to children with disabilities and/or developmental delay;Self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of each client as well as the team;Passion for supporting and empowering families in regional WA;Passion and commitment to quality allied health care and continuous improvement;Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team;Effective time management, problem-solving skills and experience in caseload management;Completion of 100-point identification check, Current driver's licence, a WA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.Why join this practice?Relocation assistance to clinicians in WA and those coming from other states in Australia.
