Description
As a Legal Support Officer APS3, your responsibilities will include:
1. Case Administration: Create and maintain case files, manage documentation, data entry, and records management.
2. Witness Coordination: Draft legal documents (e.g., summons/subpoenas), liaise with witnesses, and arrange travel logistics.
3. Case Preparation: Prepare materials, file documentation, conduct basic legal research, and coordinate video conferences and interpreters.
4. Enquiry Response: Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries.
5. Data Management: Undertake data entry tasks and ensure necessary follow-ups are conducted.
6. Communication: Adapt communication style to suit various audiences, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
7. Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate any concerns to senior staff as required.
8. Professional Development: Engage in learning and development activities to enhance skills.
