Job description This HR Business Partner at HelloFresh reports to the People Lead at HelloFresh ANZ, based in our Chippendale Head Office. As an HR Business Partner at HelloFresh, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, ensuring we create an environment that is compliant, engaging, and performance-driven. You’ll partner with business units to provide expert advice on people-related matters, guiding leaders on employee engagement, performance, conduct, and industrial relations. In addition, you’ll contribute to organisation-wide initiatives that drive efficiency, modernise people practices, and enhance our organisational capability. Through strategic collaboration with teams across the business, you’ll ensure we foster an empowered and high-performing workforce. You will… Serve as the main HR contact, providing expert advice and coaching leaders on effective people management. Lead and support People Operations projects, including engagement surveys, performance development programs, and L&D initiatives. Manage employee and industrial relations matters to mitigate risks and drive performance. Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance manager and employee capability. Collaborate on restructures, identifying risks, implications, and ensuring smooth transitions. Assist with the development and execution of strategic people initiatives. Represent HelloFresh with external stakeholders, including wellbeing and employee benefits providers. Enhance HR policies, procedures, and training programs to strengthen organisational capability and efficiency. You have… Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline. Experience in an HR advisory or business partnering role. Proven ability to manage employee and industrial relations matters. Strong skills in guiding managers through organisational changes, compliance, and performance management.
