Admin / AccountantPosition: Full-Time/Part TimeAre you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for numbers and operations? We are looking for a reliable and efficient Admin / Accountant to join our growing team. In this dual-role position, you’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks while ensuring the smooth management of financial records. Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and provide general administrative support.Accounting: Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports, and maintain accurate records.Data Entry & Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into accounting systems, and assist with bank reconciliations.Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports, balance sheets, and assist with budget preparation.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial and administrative records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company policies.
