The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled National Business Support Manager to join our team at either our Welshpool or Sherwood Training Academy. Reporting to the General Manager - Strategic Capability & CEO of Komatsu Training Academy, you will oversee the administrative operations of our national training team, which includes the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and commercial technical and operator training for Komatsu customers. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of seven direct reports, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of training services that drive the division's success and growth. Key responsibilities include assisting with budgeting and forecasting, collaborating with the finance team for accurate reporting, and implementing processes to improve overall efficiency. You will also manage proposals, tenders, and oversee training systems while providing ongoing administrative support. We are seeking a results-driven leader who excels at building strong relationships, promoting high-quality programs, and driving performance to meet business objectives. Location: Sherwood, QLD or Welshpool, WA Key responsibilities: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for training services (RTO, Technical & Technology). Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and align financial controls. Manage proposals, tenders, and sales for training services, collaborating with the national leadership team. Maintain training systems and workflows, improving compliance and efficiency. Provide strategic leadership to meet business objectives and drive performance. Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Track and report sales leads, quotes, and conversions while managing payment reconciliations. Ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.
