The Project Manager / Business Analyst will report directly to the Portfolio Manager, the Business Lead/s and the Project Sponsor/s.The successful candidate must have experience in project management and business activities required to deliver on office accommodation initiatives and ICT initiatives in a large organisation.The Project Manager / Business Analyst will work closely with the Business Lead, Project Sponsor and project team to lead the delivery of FY25 Portfolio projects (majority focus Brisbane Accommodation, others as assigned), in accordance with the EPMO Framework, and reporting into the governance committees established.Other assigned ICT Projects will include the following, and the Project Manager / Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Sponsors and Business Leads, reporting into the EPMO to continue their delivery (project close dates end of Jun 2025):Intranet Content Management System via a third-party vendor and a managed service partner)Subscriber Compliance Solution for the regulation and compliance function of external subscribers, via implementation of a code base within the infrastructure environmentsKey Accountabilities:Coordinate market search and lease negotiations (in partnership with the property consultant and legal team)Coordinate design and delivery of the fit-out of new premisesManage relocation logistics and business supportVendor Management (research, select, engage)Responsible for organising, directing, controlling, and coordinating business/strategic and / or ICT projects as assigned within the PortfolioDevelop and manage the schedule, risks, benefits, scope, resources and finances of the project/sCoordinate and lead resources assigned to the projects, including facilitating working groups, project boards and governance forumsCollate data, business requirements and functional requirements regarding the organisation's current accommodation needs and to inform future accommodation needsEstablish and develop meaningful working relationships with a range of stakeholdersMonitor project outcomes and ensure project objectives continue to meet strategic actionsProvide timely and accurate reporting and updates into the project governance and the EPMOMaintain project documentation and quality assurance across project deliverablesCoordinate project activities between multiple external vendors and internal ICT service delivery and application development support rolesKey Capabilities for the role:Minimum five (5) years in similar role (eg Project Manager; Business Analyst)Project management skills with experience in office relocation, property or facilities managementExperience in the delivery of both business / strategic and IT projects and programs of workAdvanced experience using MS Project, MS Visio, Office 365, MS Excel, PowerPointStrong written and oral communication skills, and relationship / stakeholder managementExcellent organisation and time management skillsHigh quality reporting and presentation material developmentKey Qualifications for this role:Certification or Qualifications in Prince2, PMBOK, BABOK, or Managing Successful Programs orCert IV / Diploma in Project ManagementP3 (Portfolio, Program, Project) QualificationsTo submit your application, please apply online using the appropriate link below attention to Kylie Graham.
