Responsibilities
Like any smallpany, we all roll our sleeves up to get things done. There will be a lot of variety in this role with responsibilities that include;
1. Interpret, analyse and apply financial data into a financial model
2. Implement quality credit decisions in accordance with the Board-approved risk appetite and credit policy
3. Taking responsibility for themitted turnaround times on credit decisions
4. Structuring non-standardplex deals to help our borrowers achieve their strategic goals such as (but not limited to) acquisition, merger, launch in a new geography
5. Implementing learnings or insights from the portfolio to improve credit analysis and underwriting
6. Prepare, present and defend a credit decision to the Investmentmittee
7. Contribute towards making the credit policy and credit infrastructure more robust
8. Partnering with our Sales team to help improve key processes and make the customer experience better
9. Partnering with the Product & Engineering teams in building the scalable credit decision model
10. Maintain robust documentation of credit processes and decisions
Requirements
To really ace this role you will have;
11. Solid and demonstrable knowledge of financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Summary, AR, AP, Business Forecasts, Projections, etc.)
12. A good understanding of any unsecured asset class in Australia / NZ.
13. Must have been a DLA and owned the end-to-end credit decision
14. Ability to analyse financial documents and derive insights and ratios to form a credit decision
15. Good understanding of KYB, KYC and AMLpliance
16. Themitment and ability to work in cross-functional collaborative team structures to facilitate scale and efficiencies
17. Confident with both written and verbalmunication and strong documentation skills

This role attracts a base salary of $130k - $150k (+ Super) - depending on the level of experience.
18. Eff Off Fridays! - We believe in quality, not quantity, therefore we have the option to take Fridays off - each and every week. At full pay.
19. Work from Home (or anywhere) - Our team is spread across Australia and New Zealand, so no need toe into an office (unless you want to). We have access to co-working spaces in both Melbourne and Sydney.
