Position Summary La Casa Property Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our digital transformation across both our rental and sales operations. This role will work closely with internal teams to analyse workflows, document business requirements, and implement integrated system solutions. By streamlining platforms such as Agentbox, Console, the Business Analyst will help reduce manual workload, improve data accuracy, and support business growth as we scale our rental and sales portfolio. Key Responsibilities l Collaborate with internal users and stakeholders to formulate, gather, and document detailed business requirements. l Identify, investigate, and analyse current business processes and work practices—particularly in rental and sales data management—to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for automation. l Recommend and help implement optimised workflows and system functionalities to reduce manual input, lower operational costs, and improve service accuracy. l Use project management principles to support the planning, budgeting, and execution of digital improvement initiatives. l Assist in implementing functional system solutions, including preparing and executing test plans to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and compliance. l Coordinate integration of property listing systems and advertisement platforms (e.g., Agentbox, Console, PropertyTree, IRE) using APIs and automated workflows. l Support the migration from Excel-based client data to structured digital systems for billing tasks such as land tax payments, reducing reliance on manual processing. l Develop user manuals and conduct training for staff to ensure smooth system adoption and ongoing usage. l Translate business requirements into functional specifications for internal developers and third-party SaaS vendors. l Use data and process modelling techniques to design and communicate system architecture and improvements. l Serve as a key liaison for all system improvement projects, providing documentation, decision-making support, and stakeholder coordination. l Support secure, centralised management of customer data, including KYC documents, signed contracts, and financial records. l Contribute to the overall efficiency and profitability of the business by ensuring scalable, automated systems are in place to support company growth in both rental and sales portfolios. ✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have: Preferable candidates with experiences in using the below software: oSQL & tools (MySQL or SQL server) oPython oGit & Gitflow (Gitlab or GitHub) oProgress Management Proven experience in CRM/system administration, data analysis, and business process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred. Familiarity with property technology platforms and document management systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across departments and translate business needs into technical solutions. High attention to detail, especially with sensitive data and compliance requirements.
