The Role:As part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality mental health services in accordance with the Mental Health Services Strategic Plan, Mental Health Service principles, National Mental Health Standards, Agency policy, legal requirements and relevant professional competencies, the Administrative Assistant - Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS):Provides day to day administrative support to CAMHS.Contributes towards optimal administrative and business support processes at the local level.You will need to:Provide face to face and telephone reception services for CAMHS clients.Ensure sensitive and confidential handling of all enquiries, and that information is provided to the correct clinician in a timely manner.Undertake general administrative and clerical duties as required by senior staff and other clinicians with the team.Details of appointment:Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2026.Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum.
