Our client is an innovative data insights and technology company providing vital registry services in support of Victoria's economy, making their In-House Legal and Secretariat team instrumental to its continued success.About the role...Reporting to the General Manager of the Legal & Secretariat, you will be responsible for providing extensive support to the Company Secretary and Legal Team for its Board and Committee operations, Legal operations and administration of contracts.This role would therefore suit a tech-savvy paralegal or legal executive seeking to consolidate their career.Daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:- manage legal team operations, including workflows and agile practices; contract administration (e.g.manage contract management system queries, filing, document preparation, electronic execution); attend to inbox queries; provide administrative support to the Company Secretary (e.g.board papers, liaising with Board and Committee, compiling documents, tracking Board and Committee actions); maintain company registers and records; and overseeing the Legal and Secretariat intranet and Board portal (updates, uploads and improvements).Skills and experience we'd love...
