In this full-time and permanent position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process of blue-collar roles with a focus on creating an engaging employee onboarding experience.Reporting directly to our Human Resources Manager, you will identify and address the workforce needs by planning and coordinating recruitment activities.
