If so, join our electrical team and work on electrical services and maintenance activities for council owned parks, facilities, infrastructure, and projects. You will ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and council guidelines. With your dedication for efficient operations you will lead a team of contractors to deliver high quality electrical services for the benefit of the community.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervise and lead contractors and trade staff
* Deliver programmed and reactive electrical maintenance services
* Undertake risk assessments and job site inspections
* Update council systems with project information
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
* A current non-restricted Queensland Electrical mechanics licence
* A current CPR and Perform Rescue from a Live LV Panel certificate
* A current C Class Drivers Licence (an MR licence would be desirable)
* Demonstrated experience and abilities in electrical maintenance and scheduling work
* A drive to constantly improve your skills and participate in opportunities to learn
* The ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment

About the benefits
This is a full-time permanent role with a salary commencing at $78,277* plus superannuation of 12.5%.
* Weekly Electrical workers allowance of $43.51
* 9 day fortnight
