Ability to identify and drive process improvement and communicate how change may be enacted. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative, sensitive and practical solutions and clinical advice. Key Responsibilities include: Support the development and management of project activities ensuring the output supports best clinical practice, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide clinical advice, and support to the project team and its stakeholders. Ensure procurement activities are aligned to relevant regulatory standards supporting clinical practice across all project streams. Develop and maintain strong professional partnerships with the broad stakeholder group including clinical stakeholders, often with competing views, through liaison, consultation, that promotes co-operation and positive outcomes and actions. Coordinate ongoing effective communication channels and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations. Assist in the analysis of complex information to develop current state findings and build future state services and clinical engagement frameworks. Mandatory qulaifications, registrations, and toher requirements: A relevant clinical qualification and or experience would be well regarded.
