Position: Training Manager Type: Full time We are looking to engage a skilled and enthusiastic Training Manager to join our Federal Government client! Our client is currently undergoing a major ICT capability uplift and requires an experienced Training Manager to facilitate a smooth transition to the target operational state. This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in this 18-month contract, with an additional 12 months of extensions offered. Australian Citizens with a Baseline Clearance are desirable for this role. Responsibilities: Lead a small team to develop, implement, and continuously refine the training strategy to meet program needs. Oversee the creation of training materials, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Collaborate with internal and external teams to design content that is accessible, engaging, and practical. Identify, engage, and liaise with stakeholders across the Commission to ensure successful training delivery and adoption of new processes. Plan, coordinate, and schedule training sessions for both internal staff and external users as needed, ensuring timely delivery in line with project milestones. Develop and refine procedures, practices, and processes related to the program. Use LearnHub and Rise360 to develop, release, and manage training content, keeping it up to date and relevant.
