We are keen to attract and develop passionate, motivated, and safety-minded people from all backgrounds who want to help support society’s growing need for secure, affordable, and clean energy.We are currently looking for a Senior Occupational Hygiene Advisor to join our HSE Support team in Perth on a 2-year max term, employee contract.In this role, you will oversee and implement Occupational Health and Hygiene (OH/IH) programs and services, while offering expert technical OHH guidance to support stakeholders as required.Key responsibilities:Provide specialist technical advice to operational teams on occupational health and hygiene best practices.Mentor and coach personnel to enhance awareness and application of OHH standards and INPEX HSE systems.Lead health risk assessments, exposure monitoring, and other assurance activities.Oversee the implementation of occupational and environmental health and hygiene standards.Manage vendor contracts and coordinate site services related to occupational health and hygiene.Support investigations and participate in HAZID workshops for new and emerging work scopes.Collaborate with leadership, management, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture.What we’re looking for:Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Hygiene (essential).Certification of Occupational Hygiene (COH) (essential).Additional certifications such as Lead Auditing, Noise Officer, or Radiation Safety Officer (desirable).Membership with the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists or a relevant international society (desirable).Relevant industry experience – ideally in oil & gas, construction, or heavy industry.Strong ability to build relationships and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in facilitating discussions.This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.Closing date for applications is 18 April 2025.
