ABOUT THE DIVISION:
In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals).
With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Brand Manager for Dercos. The position is responsible for developing and managing strategies and plans to build brand equity, whilst implementing and monitoring planned marketing and communication activities.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Work in accordance with the Marketing Framework, ensuring decisions and workflows adhere to agreed processes and controls.
Develop, implement, and monitor localised Brand Frame(s) for Dercos by Vichy. Analyse and report on brand equity, customer behaviours, market trends and competitor activity.
Establishing positioning, identifying target audiences.
Developing forecast, marketing plans and objectives.
Manage Dercos by Vichy Brand Profit and Loss (P&L).
Develop and manage ambassadors, influencers, and advocates.
Provision of guidance to Brand Managers, Commercial Managers, Communication Managers, and the broader LDB business in relation to the Brand Frame.
Create and manage the Launch, Animation, Channel, and Promotional Plans.
Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns across multiple channels.
Conduct regular brand related investigations, analysis, and assessments.
Anticipate and materialise future opportunities and areas for brand improvement.
Provide expert ‘brand related’ input and advice into key internal planning processes and BAU activities.
ABOUT YOU:
Previous experience within a Brand, Communications, Marketing or Product manager role.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortability with marketing systems including CRM, marketing automation and digital technologies.
Experience operating within regulatory frames and legal teams is highly advantageous.
Prior exposure to managing media channels, agencies and publication content.
High attention to detail and analytical skills.
