An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manager, Lines Projects Delivery.
This role will see you provide end to end leadership and delivery of a portfolio of Projects & Programs across the Distribution Network, with specific focus on safety, environment, sustainability, budget and scope governance.
This role can be based in Southbank &/or Malvern and can be discussed with the successful incumbent with a hybrid split also of Office/WFH. This role is part of our Projects & Program Delivery team within our Distribution line of business.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
Manage a team to deliver a portfolio of complex line construction projects, network augmentation projects, installation and construction activities. Influence strategic project development and constructability planning considering network demands, regulatory requirements, environmental, customer and community interfaces. Establish a collaborative culture of safety and quality deliverability within the team. Compliance to industry/business standards and procedures and proactively working with delivery partners to ensure performance and quality requirements are achieved. Build and strengthen internal and external stakeholder relationships. Drive excellence and support with development progression opportunities. Experience in project management and leadership of successful teams is imperative. Experience shall have been gained in an operating environment where safety, commercial accountability and quality of delivery are leading indicators of success. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability in leading, managing portfolio/programs of work with a proven track record of successful delivery and extracting value via continuous improvement. Ability to identify different delivery methodologies to promote efficient project/program management. Qualification in related field (construction, business, engineering, project management, portfolio delivery), desirable. Full driving license required. A real place to belong.
