Infoxchange is a registered charity and social enterprise where diverse, smart and passionate people embrace the power of technology, to improve social justice outcomes and enable others to feel supported to belong and thrive.We are also proudly recognised as a Great Place to Work certified employer and we are on the Great Place To Work’s Best Workplaces for Women list!We are seeking a Project Manager who will coordinate the successful delivery of projects for Infoxchange’s client and case management software.This is a permanent full-time position (hybrid working model), based in either Melbourne or Brisbane.Key duties and responsibilitiesCoordinate the successful delivery of medium to large projects for Infoxchange’s client and case management softwareEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including government and non-government organisationsCreation and maintenance of project schedules, including resource allocations and tracking of progress against baseline estimatesFacilitate regular project status reporting and meetings with internal and external stakeholders, detailing progress against budget, time, scope, and qualityManage and track project budget and manage the commercial delivery of the project in collaboration with Customer Engagement Team and the Finance teamIdentify, mitigate, and document project risks and issues (including escalations)Manage project change, including negotiation of changes to cost, scope, time, and resourcesCreate and maintain internal documentation, user guides and training materialsOther ad hoc duties as requiredKey selection criteriaTo succeed in this role at Infoxchange, you will demonstrate:Demonstrated experience in a formal project management role, with requisite training, credentials or significant knowledge in one or more project methodologiesProven success in software (or comparable) project management and delivery in scope and budgetSound stakeholder management skills and negotiation techniquesExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsExperience creating and maintaining project documentation (e.g., project schedules, RAID registers, key deliverables, etc.)Proven ability managing project risks and issuesDemonstrated ability to manage project changeKnowledge or previous experience working in the not for profit and/or community services sector is highly valuedPersonal AttributesThe Following Personal Attributes Are Desirable:Strong understanding of the Not-for-Profit/ Community sectorAbility to engage with abstract concepts and intangible requests and ground them in concrete examples, clear descriptions and actionsAbility to manage ambiguity and navigate through uncertaintyAbility to work independently on complex work, while acting as a team playerAble to manage competing priorities and expectations across internal and external stakeholdersWhat do we offer?As well as enjoying the rewards and satisfaction of working within an NFP, and as a Great Place to Work certified employer, we also offer additional benefits such as Salary Packaging, Annual Leave Loading, Hybrid-working, welcoming office and many more.Excited by this opportunity and ready to make a difference?
