Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will oversee the financial control, planning, and reporting function. You will lead and develop a dynamic team, driving change and delivering key business objectives.Key responsibilities:Develop insightful and value-added financial reportsAlign processes and standards for consistent and reliable actual and forecast informationManage engagement with external and internal auditors, ensuring timely resolution of issuesLead profit improvement and cost management initiativesOversee the monthly business performance review processDrive the development of a comprehensive data analytics and business intelligence strategyEnsure compliance with corporate, statutory, and ABF financial reporting requirementsEnhance business controls and governanceAbout YouWe are looking for an analytical, improvement-oriented leader to head our newly established Planning & Reporting team.
