Job Description:
Fuse Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer who is bilingual in Chinese and English (both verbal and written). This is a Temp to Perm position.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in all facets of the company's Accounts Receivable activities while utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365 on a daily basis. This is a Bilingual role, and you must be able to speak and write in both English and Chinese.
Duties:
* Preparation of periodic, month, and year-end reports
* Knowledge of General Ledger accounting entries
* Month-end and accruals processing
* Knowledge of GST/BAS preparation
* Preparation of bank reconciliations
* Assist in internal/external audit requirements
* Handling mainly on receivable and on payable if required
Responsibilities:
* Assessing credit risks and credit control according to the profile of the customers
* Closely monitoring customers' collections and provide weekly cash receipt projection
* Ensure all outstanding payments are collected and reconciled on time and highlight customers with high risks of default
* Regular review of customers' credit limit & outstanding payments with the sales department and report it to different stakeholders
* Preparation of periodic, ad hoc, monthly, and year-end reports
Requirements:
* Experience in manufacturing and FMCG industry is required
* Strong working knowledge of accounting concepts
* Strong communication verbal & written skills in English and Chinese
* Team player and able to work under pressure
* Strategic thinker and must have analytical awareness
* Min 4 years' experience in a similar role
* Diploma or tertiary qualified in accountancy
* Well-versed in D365 and the ability to work with BI reporting will be an advantage
* Excellent working knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
* Advanced EXCEL skillset with the ability to create formulas, pivot tables etc
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
* Excellent time management skills and be able to work to strict deadlines
