Reporting to the Sales Manager - North, this role is responsible for providing leadership and expertise to a team of Account Managers, Project Managers and Internal Sales Support across North QLD, ensuring they achieve their revenue targets.
1. Providing strong direction and leadership to the sales team to maximise effectiveness, capability and engagement.
2. Support sales staff by engaging with key customers, understanding their business and needs; developing winning solutions
3. Contributing to the development and leading the implementation of strong Account Management Plans.

What you’ll bring to the role
To be successful in this role you will be passionate about developing sales professionals and driving sales performance with proven experience gained in a similar position. Ideally this experience will have been gained selling services into construction, manufacturing, and/or government or related industries.
Your experience will also include:
10. The ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and qualities to lead a high performing sales team.
11. The ability to develop strong customer relationships that translate into strong revenue generation and customer loyalty.
12. Business planning and strategy development
13. Strategic selling both personally and through others.
14. A relevant tertiary education is preferred.
