Our client is seeking a Senior Content Manager to lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy.
In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting a compelling, consistent narrative across multiple channels — from web pages and blogs to social media, customer stories, videos, and campaign assets.

About the role: Develop and execute a content strategy that enhances brand visibility, supports sales objectives, and positions the company as a thought leader in the mining software industry.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, consulting, business development) to gather insights and ensure content resonates with key audiences.
Manage content production workflows, including maintaining a content calendar and coordinating with internal and external contributors.
Act as the Chief Editor for all content, ensuring high standards of quality, relevance, technical accuracy, and a consistent brand voice across all deliverables.
Create a diverse range of content assets, such as SEO-friendly articles, client success stories, white papers, thought leadership, sales enablement tools, and social media posts – LinkedIn.
Align content creation with wider marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximising reach across channels.
Oversee social media content and partner with digital specialists to drive engagement and track performance.
About you: You will hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar.
8+ years' experience in B2B content creation and strategy, ideally in a software, technology or technical environment is advantageous.
A proven track record of delivering content that supports both brand building and lead generation.
Experience building messaging frameworks and audience-first content plans.
Strong writing and editorial skills — able to take technical information and turn it into engaging, easy-to-understand material Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Confidence in managing writers and content contributors, both internally and externally.
Comfortable with juggling multiple projects while keeping standards high and deadlines tight.
