You will be responsible for ordering of materials, optimising asset and store efficiencies and reporting.Reporting to the Site Leader, you will assist with the effective and efficient delivery and control of stores and equipment, with a focus on increasing productivity.Key Responsibilities:Perform stores, warehousing, distribution, and transport activitiesEnsure proper custody of stores, e.g. stock check of quantities, check for deterioration of equipment, expiry of shelf life & security of inventoryApply quality control techniques to your work and to the work of other staffOrdering through SAP and reporting costings into the finance teamIntegrate with internal staff to optimise efficiencies across resource and material allocationAbout You:Proven experience in logistics accountable for managing assets across dispersed sitesExperience integrating with planners and trades to optimise efficienciesProficient in reporting and IT applications programs such as SAPExceptionally time conscious for deliverables and well organisedDiversity:Ventia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
