What we’re looking for Communications experience Extensive experience in a communications position. Demonstrated ability to understand communications needs and provide solutions for all levels of an organisation Ability to develop communication plans and clear and compelling content for a range of communication channels Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a concise, accurate and user-friendly manner to a non-technical audience. Experience working with key internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to design, develop and produce digital and physical communication products Familiarity with communication tools and platforms such as intranets, email marketing software and basic design software. Experience in planning and delivering events. Project experience Experience managing end-to-end communication projects and/or working within a broader cross-functional project team Demonstrated ability to understand both large and small scale change and transformation projects and manage communications to support successful delivery of the change.
