We are looking for a qualified assistant pastry chef / baker who shares our excitement and passion for pastry and sourdough bread to join our small team at our micro bakery and pastry kitchen. Our focus is on viennoiserie, natural levend loaves, baked goods and fresh milled grains, sourcing organic and local products where possible with a commitment to producing high quality products with flavour. The successful applicant will have respect for ingredients and machinery, take pride in learning and perfecting the art of dough and viennoisery shaping, be consistant, efficient and reliable.
