3. Investigate claims and provide accurate assessment and strategies
4. Process administrative tasks
5. Maintain exceptional internal and external stakeholder relationships
6. Maintain KPIs throughout the account management process
What you'll need:
7. Call centre or claims experience is desirable
8. Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills
9. Self-motivated and a great team player
10. Attention to detail, file integrity and compliance
11. Excellent computing and literacy skills
12. Ability to listen with understanding and empathy and identify useful information for claims assessment
13. Proven ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively in an evolving environment
14. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
