This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Client-Side Project Manager who is looking to fast-track their career. With direct access to the directors, you’ll gain valuable insights and mentorship while taking ownership of project tasks. This role is perfect for someone with at least two years of experience who is ready to hit the ground running and contribute to the successful delivery of various projects. DUTIES. Assist in managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to completion. Support senior team members in coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes. Conduct site visits and assist with progress reports, ensuring alignment with project plans. Identify and manage project risks, providing solutions to keep projects on track. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Minimum 2 years of experience in client-side project management, construction, or related fields. Understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and project teams. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to managing project challenges. Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a similar field are highly regarded. CULTURE.
