We have an exciting opportunity for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in the Northern Beaches!

What You'll Be Doing: Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence while advocating for their individual needs.
Providing personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.
Transporting clients using our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress.
Being part of a fun, dynamic, and supportive team!
What We're Looking For: A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
No prior experience required – just a willingness to learn and make a difference!
Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and active night shifts (with penalty rates!).
A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
