This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in case managing customer requests, supporting waste service operations, and helping deliver outstanding results for our community. What You Will Do: As a Contracts Officer, you will work within a collaborative team, managing the Customer Request Management (CRM) system and ensuring the efficient operation of waste management services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve: Handling complex customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective solutions. Supporting resource recovery service operations and assisting in the management of contracts. Assisting in the coordination and delivery of project and tasks that contribute to resource recovery services. Working with internal and external customers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assisting with administrative tasks such as budget administration, task prioritisation, and workflow management. What We’re Looking For: Experience in a customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and delivering high-quality service. Solid administrative and project support skills, including budget administration and data management. Proficiency with administration tools and technology suitable for a customer service environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer interactions in person or over the phone. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
