We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join the team at Tweed Hyundai .
As a Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive unparalleled customer service and resolution to their vehicle needs.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in person, starting with a strong and welcoming greeting. Consistently creating positive first impressions and fulfilling promises is essential for our service advisor role every day.
5. Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
6. Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
7. Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
8. Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
9. Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
10. Being a champion of objections – There is always a positive outcome!
11. Ongoing training and development. If you have the desire to grow we will get you there
12. Maintaining a high level of customer service so that our Customer Service Benchmarks are met and surpassed at all times.
What we are looking for:
13. Proven experience as a Service Advisor highly desired, or Experience in Banking, Real Estate or customer facing roles highly desired
14. Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
15. A proactive person who presents professionally – Appearance is everything!
16. Experience in a department where KPIs are used
17. Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) highly desired but not essential
18. Ability to sell additional work as required – Overcome objections
19. A person who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences
20. Someone who can work autonomously but thrives when part of a team. Culture is important to us

22. Someone who loves a challenge and has a strong focus in customer experiences
