About the Role:
As a Practice Manager for our Legal Desk, you will be pivotal in shaping and expanding this new function within the business.
Leveraging your expertise in the legal sector, you will build a team that can deliver high-quality, specialised recruitment services to a variety of clients in the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and lead a national Legal Desk to drive growth and market presence in the legal recruitment sector Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the legal recruitment space Establish a strategy to attract top-tier legal professionals and deliver best-in-class talent solutions Mentor and manage a team of consultants, helping them achieve targets and grow their recruitment expertise Collaborate with internal teams to leverage Morgan Consulting's resources, systems, and networks effectively Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with Morgan Consulting's values What We Offer:

What You Bring:
3 years or more of proven experience in legal recruitment, with an understanding of the legal industry and a successful track record Ability to build client trust and candidate loyalty through outstanding service and expertise Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring or managing recruitment consultants Drive to exceed targets and contribute to the growth of the Legal Desk within the organisation Proficiency with recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools Passion for the legal industry and a vision for establishing Morgan Consulting as a market leader in this space If you're ready to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact, please apply today.
