We currently have a casual opportunity for a highly motivated and committed Social Worker to join our friendly and supportive Allied Health team.About you (essential criteria):Current Working with Children Check and Police Check.Tertiary qualifications in Social Work.Highly developed assessment and treatment skills.Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).Ability to work individually and in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload.Understanding of the role of a Social Worker within a multidisciplinary team.Strong collaborative interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.Immunisation evidence and serology report in accordance with NSW Health.Experience of complex discharge planning.Experience working within a hospital inpatient environment.Flexible working arrangements can be supported including term time work patterns.
