With a strong commitment to a client-first philosophy, they offer a broad range of high-quality services aimed at maintaining independence and well-being whilst also being well regarded for its expertise in dementia support, managing multiple day centres to assist individuals in need.The Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM solutions to lead the design, development, and enhancement of CRM systems. In this role, you will ensure solutions align with both business and technical requirements while driving continuous improvements.Key responsibilities include:Managing CRM system enhancements and deliveryLeading development teams to ensure high-quality, timely outcomesOverseeing change management integration throughout the project lifecycleEngaging with stakeholders to define requirements and optimize solutionsThis is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong technical and leadership skills to make a significant impact.This is a 6-8-month fixed-term contract opportunity working in a hybrid working environment (3 days on site in Port Macquarie per week).Skills and Experience:The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Project Managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 development projects, including customization and configuration, with strong technical proficiency in SQL and related technologies. You’ll also have a solid understanding of Agile development frameworks and the ability to integrate change management practices into project delivery are also key requirements.The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical, efficient solutions.
