With a large portion of K12 schools and Higher Ed institutions in ANZ already using Kahoot, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and transforming learning for even more schools. This position is based in Melbourne, Australia. About the role: As our one our of first Krew members in Australia, you will be responsible for the following: Identify and book opportunities within the K12 and Higher Ed space. With thousands of schools already using Kahoot, reach out to existing users to switch to paid plans, or receive introductions and book meetings with decision makers at district level. Map out the school structure in Australia & NZ, match back with current usage and define a set of target accounts to contact. Stay up to date on industry news and understand the education landscape. Work closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential customers, using Hubspot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Gong and other platforms. Make an average of 80 outbound activities to prospects daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages), with the goal of scheduling platform walk-throughs and starting the sales process. Develop a deep understanding of Kahoot products, customers needs, and the competitive landscape. As we’re still a small team in Australia, team members must be open to other duties that support our growth and our community. Represent Kahoot at EdTech conferences in ANZ. Requirements A background in sales (SDR/BDR and SaaS experience preferred). Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in English. Experience using Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and/or other similar tools. Motivation and determination to succeed paired with positive mindset that allows you to (over)reach your targets. Coachability and self-awareness. Collaborative team player, capable of working effectively in a distributed, international setting. Thrives in fast-paced environments with a drive to exceed expectations.
