We are currently seeking an experienced aged care carer to join our wonderful team and work at our Goulburn Village.
You will play a key part in our care team by providing a wide range of personal care services to our residents.

The Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution (known as RFBI) is a non-profit (NFP) organisation that has been in operation for 140 years. We currently operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages, and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Shower, dress, groom, assist with meals and make the beds
* Providing basic clinical care including wound dressing, assisting with medication delivery, and recording basic clinical observations
* Provide care management for diabetes, arthritis, and other conditions
* Entering reports and observations into our computer program - iCare
* Assisting and following directions of the Care Manager to achieve the best possible person-centred care
What we look for:
* Certificate III in Aged Care
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous experience in an aged care environment
* An enthusiastic and motivated approach
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Must be eligible to work in Australia
