What this opportunity involves: We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shopping centres in Central Square Ballarat & Thompson Parkway Cranbourne.
An overview of the role: Supervise centre operations, including facilities management and maintenance.Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Develop and implement capital improvement plans.Prepare and manage operating budgets.Maintain excellent retailer and client relations.Manage contracts and conduct regular audits.Oversee security and emergency procedures.Sound like you? This is what we're looking for: Experience in shopping centre operations.Strong knowledge of facility management and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Valid driver's license and clear police record.Initiative and accountability.Strong planning and organisational abilities.Analytical thinking and attention to detail.Flexibility and adaptability.Location: On-site – Ballarat, VIC
