About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our Ayr branch team as our Personal Banking Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the finance industry or who is seeking a good work/life balance.
As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full-time position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant must be willing to work at any branch within the Ayr and Home Hill region as required.
About You
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Demonstrated sales experience
* Cash handling experience
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
* A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
* Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
