Working with a global financial services firm, we are looking for a Corporate Access Specialist to join the Sydney team for an initial 12 month contract.
The ideal candidate will have an EA/PA, Corporate Access or events background in financial services and be highly organised, possess a positive attitude and hold excellent stakeholder managements skills.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate logistics for research roadshows, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
Organise twice-yearly results season, client meetings, and corporate roadshows.
Support domestic and global conferences, liaising with international teams and managing speakers, venues, and logistics.
Maintain corporate access calendars and handle event-related communications.
Skills & Qualifications: Relevant experience in corporate access or financial event planning or PA/EA in finance.
Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
