Our aim is for our people to share in our success, enjoy our products and reap the benefits of their hard work within a supportive environment!The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the site's daily maintenance and engineering resources to ensure maximum equipment reliability.The role will see you being responsible for:Supporting the mechanical trades teams on shift by providing coaching and direction setting, crews and roster managementManaging PM plans to minimise machine downtime using MEXSpare part administrationContinuous Improvement initiatives and activitiesEnsure all team and contractor resources are managed in compliance with legal and internal policies and procedures, including current inductions, insurances and work performanceEnsure all team members maintain regulatory licenses and training as requiredSupport business NPD activity through provision of resources and technical supportSupport the delivery of IWS PM, AM programs and appropriate activities as part of daily operationsWhat you'll bring to the role:Ideally 3+ years of proven experience in FMCG within a maintenance supervisory rolePreferred Cert IV or higher in a mechanical maintenance disciplineExperience working in a formal improvement methodology Lean/TPM/IWS would be advantageousSound understanding of technical issues and operational processesBe a driver for continuous improvement processesExcellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.Exceptional organisational, time management and planning skills - you can juggle multiple balls at any time!What can you expect in return?
