Your new role
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives and their broader teams. Your responsibilities will include managing the Chief's office, coordinating meetings and forums, maintaining effective filing systems, and developing procedures to monitor and control workflow. You will also interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your role, you will have extensive experience in providing executive support in a dynamic environment. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, a high level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, and energy, enthusiasm, and a "can-do" attitude.
