**About the Role:**
The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a Human Resources professional to provide support and advice to the Transformation Development and Capability branch.
This ongoing, full-time opportunity will allow you to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
• A strong ability to lead a coordination and scheduling team, optimising resources and tools to provide efficient, quality training delivery in alignment with organisational goals.
• Extensive experience in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity, data analysis, identifying trends and gaps, and auditing data.
• Advanced proficiency in using learning technologies and data analytics tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Suite and PowerPoint.
• Skilled in preparing strategic reports that support informed data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications/Requirements:
An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant area is desirable. Certificate IV in Business Administration or Project Management or similar is also required.
A current Working with Children Check (WWWC) card and driver's licence are mandatory for this role.
Salary Information: $67,689 - $83,964 per annum
This salary range is inclusive of base salary only and does not include any additional allowances or penalties.
