Your new role As a Product Owner, Digital Identity, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the University's digital identity platform. Working within the Digital Platforms stream, you will drive the platform roadmap, enhance identity management capabilities, and ensure service excellence. This role is integral to Curtin's digital transformation, aligning identity solutions with the University's digital strategy and security requirements.
As the Product Owner for Digital Identity, you will: Manage the product lifecycle and oversee development, implementation, and enhancement of digital identity solutions. Maximise platform capabilities, evaluate and introduce new technologies and digital tools. Ensure security, governance, and best practices in identity management. Collaborate with business leaders, digital teams, and vendors to align digital identity with strategic goals. Own the product roadmap through management of user stories, sprint planning, and quality assurance of identity-related products. We are looking for someone with: Relevant qualifications in IT or business management, or equivalent industry experience. Extensive experience leading Agile teams in ICT, particularly in identity and access management. Strong track record in product strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management. Experience with identity security technologies, including Single Sign-On (SSO), RBAC, federation, and platforms like ForgeRock, Azure AD, and Okta. Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation. Work Requirements: Full working rights in Australia. On-site position, therefore successful candidates must currently be living and/or have confirmed relocation to Perth, WA. Ability to work outside of normal office hours when required.
