The Corporate Group is organised in the following subgroups: Debt Capital Markets Equity Capital Markets Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions Skills and Experience Required We are seeking a 3-4 year Corporate lawyer with expertise in the following areas: Regulated mergers & acquisitions Capital raisings Private negotiated mergers & acquisitions General corporate and commercial law matters Ideally the candidate comes from a similar top tier firm environment, where they have developed strong technical, drafting and commercial skills. They should have a strong client service ethic and work well as part of a team. A strong academic background is essential, in addition to: High work standards Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and to take responsibility for this relationship Strong service orientation Good communication skills.
