Reporting to the Senior Project Administrator, this role will see you responsible for providing general and specialised project and administrative support to the Engineering Team, including:Managing project informationCoordinating meetingsHandling customer and stakeholder inquiriesSupporting financial processes such as purchase order reconciliationLiaising with suppliersAbout YouExperience in Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook), and general project administration tools is essential. The successful candidate will also need:Excellent communication and organisational skillsThe ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressureA commitment to delivering high-quality customer serviceA valid 'C' Class Driver's Licence and a National Police Clearance are also required.
