As an outlet manager, you will play a key role in driving success, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product availability.
* Manage, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service.
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock control.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and company policies.
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
* Work closely with airport management to align with overall airport services and initiatives.
* Schedule staff shifts and manage rosters to meet operational demands.
* Lead by example to ensure a positive, team-focused work culture.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage management (airport experience a bonus).
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in stock control and inventory management systems.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
