Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise Caseworkers Serving SA Communities in Our Region
2. Supervise Intake and Assessment Officers Responding to Urgent Requests via Our Free Call Referral Line or In-Person Presentations at Our Office
3. Develop and Maintain Relationships for Coordinated and Collaborative Service Delivery in SA
4. Work Closely with the NT/WA Team Leader
5. Participate in the Broader Management of DFVS via the Leadership Team
Requirements
* Demonstrated Understanding of Trauma-Informed Complex Case Management in a Domestic Violence Context
* Experience Working Cross-Culturally and Understanding Cultural Safety in Human Service Delivery
* Ability to Apply Strengths-Based Management and Leadership Approaches to Bring Out the Best in Teams
* Relevant Qualifications and Demonstrated Experience in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or Related Studies
